FEDERAL SECTOR

Our representative(s) possess extensive experience as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) representatives for Federal Sector Employees.  Essential in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, EEO compliance ensures that individuals are treated fairly and without discrimination based on race, gender, age, disability, or other protected classes.  Experienced EEO representatives are important because:

  • They help employees present the facts in a favorable way

  • Determine if they should file a charge 

  • Determine if mediation is appropriate 

  • Ensure that the facts are presented consistently and skillfully throughout the process

Further, our representatives passionately help to promote workplaces that are free from bias and discrimination. 

CIVILIAN

Valuable experience has been gained in facilitating open communication between parties involved in EEO disputes outside of Federal Sector Employment. Roles involved included case preparation, executing mediator responsibilities, listening to each side's concerns, guiding discussions, helping to identify common ground and ultimately negotiating a settlement worth thousands of dollars. Through this experience, I have developed strong conflict resolution skills and a deeper appreciation for the importance of equity and fairness in the workplace.

Helping veterans navigate EEO complaints is a vital service that ensures their rights are protected in workplace. By providing guidance and support, we empower veterans to understand their options and advocate for themselves effectively. Our commitment is to create a safe space where veterans can share their experiences and receive the assistance they need to address any discrimination unfair treatment they may face. Together, we strive to uphold the dignity and respect that every veteran deserves in their professional environment.
